Conditions for Returns

Consumable goods must remain unopened and unused, and any damaged, opened, or used products will not be accepted for return. Initiating a Return

Return Authorization

Return Shipping
- For eligible returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect products), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to customer preferences or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Processing

Refund
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
